Located at CSC @ Loyang, standing at 286 sqm wide, each of the four available units offers features that any doggo would approve – lovely canine wall murals, gated entrances and fences, ozone water washing bays, kennel and even dog beds! These bungalows are the perfect venue to host a birthday pawty or a BBQ get-together with fellow dog owners, and more! Best of all, there’s no surcharge for different dog breeds.

 

Bungalow Facilities for Dog Owners and Their Dogs

• Sea View Bungalows (140, 141, 142) comes with a common dog run with direct access to the beach.

• Garden Bungalow (143) offers privacy with a standalone dog run.

• Spacious 4 bedrooms with air‑conditioning, comfortable bedding, and dog beds.

• A living room with space for crates, or playpens.

• Outdoor washing bay area, so you can wash before heading indoors, including a pet dryer at the living room.

• Spacious BBQ area with outdoor dining.

• A sheltered patio area to relax with your dog.

• A fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, chest freezer, microwave, and water dispensers.

• Direct access to Pasir Ris Park – great for morning and evening walks, sniffing around, and gentle play on sand.

• Nearby water sports activities, such as kayaking, stand-up paddling with your fur kids by Ohana Beach House.

• Evening chill out by Ohana Beach House in the evening or play pickleball within the premises.

 

Note: Dogs are not allowed in all pool areas or indoor club facilities, so it’s best to check and

respect posted rules.

 

What To Know Before You Book A Stay

To keep things smooth for everyone, expect some typical pet‑related house rules:

• Only dogs (up to 20 dogs per unit) are allowed.

• Dogs must be leashed in common areas and under owner supervision at all times.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, indoors and outdoors.

• Certain breeds may be subject to restrictions under local regulations.

• Refundable deposit or additional cleaning fee may apply.

 

Who Can Book
