Thank you so much for putting the mock-up together, it is a really helpful starting point. Below is the look we are hoping for, pulled from the banners our team has been designing (warm, editorial, with lots of lovely photography). Each section has the wording plus a short note on the layout. We are very open to your ideas too, so please treat this as a guide rather than anything fixed.

The three banners shown below are ready to use, they capture exactly the style we love.

The overall feel

• Warm and editorial: soft cream, a touch of gold, a classic serif for the headlines, and full-bleed puppy photography.

• Two-tone headlines work beautifully, one line in white or dark and the next in gold, just like our banners.

• A small uppercase label above each headline (for example “Sourced with care”), with a short italic line underneath.

• Plenty of breathing room, with one clear headline per section so nothing feels crowded.

• One “Book a Visit” button near the top and again at the very bottom.

One gentle suggestion: we think the page might flow better if the “Why Our Puppies” points are folded into the Guarantee list, since they cover similar ground. That should keep things feeling light and easy to read. Happy to hear your thoughts though.

Pet Me Please began with our own first puppy. As first-time owners we wanted something simple, to meet the parents and see the health records. Every shop refused. Over the years we watched friends face heavy vet bills for genetic conditions that proper due diligence could have caught. So we built the place we wish we had found. Ethical breeders, full transparency, and puppies matched to the right families for life.

3.  The Matchmaking Difference

In their first weeks, breeders introduce new sounds, objects, and experiences in a positive way, building curiosity instead of fear. The result is a puppy that comes home happy, confident, and well socialised with people and other dogs.

 

5.  First-Time Owners

Bringing home your first puppy is a big moment, and our support does not stop at handover. We are here with guidance, advice, and training seminars for as long as you need us, so you and your puppy settle in with confidence.

Layout:  A neat row or grid of breed names, ideally with a small photo each. It would be lovely to have this a little higher up the page so visitors see it early.
